Earn Your Degree Fast With Life Experience Credit
Truly motivated individuals can earn an accredited degree online in half the time through a combination of credit by examination, life experience credit, and accelerated classes.
There are three major paths you can take to accelerate your degree:
Completely "test out" of college through credit by examination (limited number of colleges)
Earn your degree with a combo of credit by exam and life experience credit
Earn your degree with a combo of credit by exam, life experience credit, and accelerated online classes
For most people, earning a degree with a combination of credit by examination, life experience credit, and accelerated online classes is the most common approach. It is an eclectic mix of regular classes, supplemented by a portfolio of life experience and credit by examination. However, truly motivated individuals can completely test out of college through credit by examination, or through a combination of credit by exam and life experience credit to complete their degree at a much faster pace.
For students who do not wish to completely "test out of college", then earning a degree through a combination of credit by exam, life/work experience credit, and accelerated classes is likely the best choice.
Regardless of the method you choose to earn your college credits, you will be able to earn your degree faster and shave one, two, or even three years off of a normal four year degree plan. Earning your degree in less time may mean an increase in salary, new career opportunities, and even having more time to spend with your family.
Summary
If speed is what you are looking for, using these tips can help you earn your degree at a faster pace... the actual pace, however, is up to you. If you have the time to devout to weekly study, you should have no problem earning a four year degree in two years with an accelerated degree. That said, it will take an extreme level of dedication and self-motivation, not to mention a few late nights.
